Hi there i have a traditional ranch house that i wish was a bit more mid century modern or at least had a bit more curb appeal. When we replace the roof would be a good time to consider altering the roof line though. Add a 2nd story. We had some hail damage repaired when we bought the house 2 years ago but the roof is in good condition overall.
